Paying Bills Online
You asked for the ability to pay your library bills online, and we're excited to announce that starting March 10, 2009, you will be able to do just that. When you log into your library account, you’ll see a "Pay With Credit Card" option next to any bills that you might have. You can choose whether to pay some or all of your bills, and they will be removed from your account as soon as your credit card is successfully processed. New Catalog Interface
We are pleased to introduce AquaBrowser, our new catalog interface, which will make exploring the Free Library of Philadelphia's many resources a breeze! Results will be displayed in three handy sections to help guide and refine your searches.

Ask Here PA
Have you heard the ads for Ask Here PA? It's Pennsylvania's new live chat reference service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and is free to all state residents. Look for it in the Orange Ask box. It's the same feature as Online Chat.

Are We Faster Now?
Due to record-breaking usage on the Free Library's website, we experienced some technical challenges. In our comprehensive Site Survey, many of you noticed and commented on these problems. We're pleased to announce that we've added new equipment that will help handle the increased website traffic and make the site's response time faster.

Help With Kept Lists
A Kept List is a temporary list of items that you have chosen from the catalog. You can use it to keep track of items that you want to check out later, by printing it out or emailing it to yourself. We have added Kept List help to the catalog, to explain how to use this great feature.
